Waking to snow, loads of snow and schools closed, it was a snow day! So this morning, Joshua and daddy skied hard in the forests on Mount Seymour before returning home. This evening, Joshua and Daddy took Mommy and Jamie skiing under floodlights, oh it was fun.

On a cold fresh day (-10˚C) Bethany and Daddy helped the Under-7s and hosted on Mount Seymour. In the morning the wind was gusting to 70 kph, which knocked the temperature down below -15˚C. Still it was beautiful on the mountain and daddy was even caught on the CCTV.
Today, Matthew and Nicola celebrated 21 years of marriage and it is such a blessing. Later, the boys edited video for Joshua's high school application. Their results are below. Enjoy. With Bethany at a ski instructor training camp, Daddy skied on Seymour alone. Thankfully it was a touch warmer at -6˚C.
This evening Joshua and Daddy skied on Mount Seymour. It was spectacular, even if rather cold at -10˚C.
This morning our of my office window, we had several visitors to the garden: a Raccoon, a Coyote and then a pair of Coyotes.
Beth and Daddy spent the day on the hill having fun helping others; Jamie and Josh joined us for the afternoon. Beth worked really hard, she was quite exhausted.
This evening at the NorWester Awards Night, Bethany won Outstanding Under-16 Athlete for 2018. We are very proud. We note from the plaque that 25 years ago Olympic Gold Medalist Maelle Ricker (2010 Winter Games Snowboard Cross) won the same trophy.
